Meet The Million Dollar Donors (Spoiler Alert: They’re ‘With Her’)
by Tyler Durden on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
A few days ago the Wall Street Journal published a very powerful piece titled, The Million-Dollar Donors. What you’ll see should sufficiently dash any and all fantasies that Hillary Clinton is for the average person. Here are a few of the graphics:

National TV Program Shows Why Americans Won’t Believe the Truth about Russia
by William Dunkerley on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
A recent national TV program has shown me why Americans have such an inalterably negative view of Russia. The program highlighted that news about the country has been quite unfavorable. Why would anyone have reason to disagree? Some experts take exception to the veracity of those news reports. But for most people, common sense suggests that it would be preposterous to believe that almost all the negative news reports are false. That disparity is what came into focus for me when I was guest on a half hour PBS program called White House Chronicle.

What Would a President Who Actually Defended US Jobs Sound Like?
by Enrico Braun on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
So what would a president who actually stood up for American jobs sound like?Well, probably something like this. When Pan Am President Juan Trippe decided to buy Concorde airliners from Britain and France, instead of US planes, John F. Kennedy was livid. The nation’s 35th president made a series of phone calls demanding to know why Trippe had gone ahead with the purchase, instead of waiting for the details of a US government-backed proposal. JFK railed at Pan Am for taking money and jobs out of the United States, and demanded that Trippe rescind his order.

24 Years Ago Ross Perot Said Everything Donald Trump Is Saying Now
by Ricky Twisdale on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
The US presidential campaign of 1992 is the first one I was old enough to remember relatively vividly. Being from a Republican household, it was clear that President George H. W. Bush deserved reelection. At least to a nine year old without much in the way of critical thinking skills. I remember there was a mock election at our elementary school, before the real one. Bill Clinton won handily. When the result was announced over the school intercom, the class cheered. The scant few of us who had voted for Bush sat ashamed at our desks.

Clinton’s Most Fervent Supporters Include Radical Nazis, But the Media Covers It Up
by GH Eliason on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
Whether you are for Hillary Clinton or against her, the problem with Hillary Clinton isn’t her lack of experience. Almost the entire political establishment is behind her. Throughout all the bumps and scandal in this whole election cycle, Republicans and former presidents are coming out of the woodwork supporting her. According to the LA Times she may well be one of the most experienced candidates in US history, while even accounting for severe conflicts of interest inside the Clinton Foundation. Neither friend or foe doubt Hillary Clinton’s experience after 30 years in politics.

Is Donald Trump Right About World War III?
by Abhishek Saroop on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
How plausible is Donald Trump’s ominous warning that Hillary Clinton’s policies will lead to World War III? Trump isn’t the first to suggest war should Clinton be elected president. The colorful Russian politician and an ally of Putin, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, threatened Americans with war if they elect Clinton. Other than politicians the military establishment on both sides have raised the specter of a looming confrontation. Speaking to lawmakers, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Marine Gen Joseph Dunford said that imposing a no fly zone in Syria would require the US to go to war against Russia and Syria. On the other side, Vladimir Shamanov, Russia’s chief of Defense and Security warned about a high probability of confrontation between the US and Russia over Syria.

The Path to Total Dictatorship: America’s Shadow Government and Its Silent Coup
by John W. Whitehead on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
“Today the path to total dictatorship in the U.S. can be laid by strictly legal means, unseen and unheard by Congress, the President, or the people. Outwardly we have a Constitutional government. We have operating within our government and political system … a well-organized political-action group in this country, determined to destroy our Constitution and establish a one-party state…. The important point to remember about this group is not its ideology but its organization… It operates secretly, silently, continuously to transform our Government…. This group … is answerable neither to the President, the Congress, nor the courts.

The Rivalry Between Moscow and Washington for the Right to Defeat ISIS
by Alexander Sotnichenko on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
The forces of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Greater Syria (ISIS) no longer appear as mighty and fearful as one year ago. Slowly but surely, the area controlled by ISIS continues to shrink. In the east, the international coalition headed by the U.S. is storming the main trophy of the Islamic State, the city of Mosul. In the north, Turkish and Kurdish troops are trying to capture the terrorists’ stronghold in the Aleppo province, the city of Al-Bab, while preparing to capture the capital of ISIS, the city of Al-Raqqah.

Terrorists Targeting Russia in Syria – As Planned by Washington
by Joseph Thomas on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
Joseph Thomas is chief editor of Thailand-based geopolitical journal, The New AtlasRussian forces operating in Syria upon Damascus’ request have met several close calls during military and humanitarian missions over the past two months. In late October, Syrian and Russian organised humanitarian corridors came under heavy fire in Aleppo in a brazen attempt by Western-backed militants to prevent civilians from crossing over into government-controlled western Aleppo.Dan Rivers of UK-based ITV would say in an October 20 Tweet:

Evgeni Zinichev: Putin’s New Man at the FSB
by Mark Galeotti on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
Remember Evgeni Nikolaevich Zinichev? He was the former Putin bodyguard made acting governor of Kaliningrad region, who, I’d expect, had a record-breaking brevity of tenure. Appointed in July, on October he left the positionat his own request, citing family reasons (although even at the time, locals suspected it was more that he didn’t like the job).

Russia, the OSCE and the Failed Bid to Monitor US Elections
by Andrei Zolotov on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
Ahead of the presidential election in the United States on Nov. 8, the question of whether Russian monitors would be allowed to observe it has once again brought to light the problem of election observation – one of the central functions of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and a source of constant friction between Moscow and the OSCE. At the core of the friction is what Russia sees as double standards and unequal approach to election observation by Western monitors in general and the OSCE in particular.

Donald Trump Is Poised to Overturn Generations of Liberal-Neocon Rule
by OrientalReview.org on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
The outcome of the 2016 presidential election will show that the American political system – as we have known it – will apparently cease to exist. Trump is nothing like those Republican pawns who, along with the puppets of the Democratic party, have spent the last 40 years erecting the facade of American democracy. It really looks like he is ready to make good on the threat he made even prior to the Republican National Convention – to send millions of his supporters into the streets.

Hillary Is the Deep State’s Only Hope
by Srdja Trifkovic on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
Translated excerpts of Srdja Trifkovic’s interview on the US election for Serbia’s Public Media Service, Belgrade Radio IIThere are endless skeletons in Hillary’s closet, many more than the renewed FBI investigation indicates. Her past record and her modus operandi are inherently scandalous, and many details are yet to be revealed. At home, America is more divided than ever. Whoever wins next Tuesday, we’ll have roughly one half of the electorate who will not see the outcome as legitimate or even legally valid. Abroad, the entire concept of global hegemony is in crisis—and on this issue the two candidates differ fundamentally.

Newsweek Calls It: ‘Madam President’ Hits the Shelves Due to a ‘Business Decision’
by Tyler Durden on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
With still over a day to go until the earliest possible result from tomorrow’s presidential election, a part of the blogosphere and conservative media was up in arms over a commemorative Newsweek cover depicting « Madam President » which appeared in print as early as Saturday. As Infowars reported, a Twitter user who works at a bookstore tweeted the images with the comment, “I work at a bookstore and we typically get magazines early and lookie what we got here.” and then adds that « her Twitter account was subsequently deleted after reporter Luke Costin chastised her for “fueling Trumpists’ hysteria about “rigged” #Election2016.”

Will the Oligarchy Steal the Election…for Donald Trump?
by Dr. Paul Craig Roberts on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
The election was set up to be stolen from Trump. That was the purpose of the polls rigged by overweighting Hillary supporters in the samples. After weeks of hearing poll results that Hillary was in the lead, the public would discount a theft claim. Electronic voting makes elections easy to steal, and I have posted explanations by election fraud experts of how it is done.Clearly the Oligarchy does not want Donald Trump in the White House as they are unsure that they could control him, and Hillary is their agent. With the reopening of the FBI investigation of Hillary and related scandals exploding all around her, election theft is not only more risky but also less likely to serve the Oligarchy’s own interests.

Why Lots of Regular People Are Secretly Supporting Trump
by Thomas E. Woods on Tue, Nov 8, 2016
I don’t endorse political candidates anymore. I’m retired from that.I observe the spectacle as a curious outsider, but that’s about it.Still, I’ve commented with great interest on the Trump phenomenon and the reaction to it. I’ve never seen anything like it.Trump says plenty of provocative things, so there’s no need to make things up about him. He obviously never said all Mexicans were rapists, but some people genuinely believe he did. He never put down veterans with PTSD as weak. And he certainly never mocked a reporter’s disability — that story was completely made up.

How Notorious Liar Clinton Could Give Us Total War
by Hanne Nabintu Herland on Mon, Nov 7, 2016
The massively biased media support for Hillary Clinton and against Donald Trump illustrate deeply problematic trends in the mainstream Western media. Journalists and editors now function to a terrifying degree as propaganda megaphones for the non-democratic American elites. We have seen this before in European history and we know what it led to. The unashamedly biased “Trump bashing” and “Hillary praise” show a blatant media manipulation pushing for public opinion to sway in the desired direction. 90 % of US media is currently owned by only six companies, according to Business Insider. All of them support Clinton.

US Playing a Game of Chicken on the Russian, Iranian, Chinese Borders — This Is How Wars Start
by Jonathan Marshall on Mon, Nov 7, 2016
If humanity ever suffers a Third World War, chances are good it will start in some locale distant from the United States like the Baltic or South China Seas, the Persian Gulf, or Syria, where Washington and its rivals play daily games of “chicken” with lethal air and naval forces.Far from enhancing U.S. security, the aggressive deployment of U.S. armed forces in these and other hot spots around the world may be putting our very survival at risk by continuously testing and prodding other military powers. What our military gains from forward deployment, training exercises, and better intelligence may be more than offset by the unnecessary provocation of hostile responses that could escalate into uncontrollable conflicts.

Looking Up: A Sense of Normalcy Is Returning to Parts of Syria
by Patrick Lang on Mon, Nov 7, 2016
LA Times: »In years past, the booms of artillery, mortars and rockets exchanged between the forces of Syrian President Bashar Assad and the rebels arrayed against his rule provided an ominous backbeat to city life. (“That one is outgoing,” residents would confidently say to flinching visitors.)

What If the Russian Media Treated Opposition the Way US Press Treats Trump?
by Mark Chapman on Mon, Nov 7, 2016
The fortuitous discovery of perhaps thousands of emails exchanged with Hillary Clinton’s private email server, recovered from the computer belonging to sexual cluster bomb Anthony Weiner and his estranged missus – Clinton Chief of Staff and vice-chair of her election campaign Huma Abedin – has once again interrupted the manufactured momentum of Clinton inevitability.

Russia Threatens Retaliation If Washington Engages in ‘State Cyberterrorism’
by Tyler Durden on Mon, Nov 7, 2016
In the latest startling revelation that the US and Russia are ever closer to a state of, if not « kinetic », then certainly cyberwar, overnight NBC reported that U.S. military hackers had penetrated Russia’s electric grid, telecommunications networks and the Kremlin’s command systems, making them vulnerable to attack by secret American cyber weapons should the U.S. deem it necessary.
